Where would I be able to find more information on your products?
If you are looking for more detailed product information, like fabric composition, head over to the product detail page. If you don’t find what you are looking for there, contact us and we will do our best to provide you with the information you are after.
How do I know if a product is In Stock or not?
We do our best to keep our site as up to date as possible, so if we are out of certain sizes or colors in our product range, then they won’t show up as options on the detail page of that product. It is possible that one of our stores may still have what you are looking for – contact the stores directly to check.
Do I need to create an account to be able to make an order from your site?
No, you can purchase our products online with out having an account. We do recommend setting up an account though – it is quick, easy and allows you view past and current order details.
My password isn't working/I have forgotten my password?
Not to worry, just click on the ‘Forgot Password button’, enter the email that you have on your account and a new password will be sent to that email. If this doesn’t work, or you don’t receive an email with a new password, contact us so that we can sort it out.
I want to change my order?
Once you have submitted an order online, unfortunately we are unable to change the order, or any of the details of the order such as color, size, number of items, delivery address, etc. You can cancel the whole order if needed – see below.
I want to cancel my order?
You have 7 days after you submit an order online to cancel it if needed. Depending on how fast we get your order shipped, your order may already be on its way when you cancel it. If this is the case, simply return the order to us and we can process your refund. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
Great! Follow the prompts on the check out page, have a read of our Terms and Conditions and you will be sent through to the payment page. This is where you can choose the method of payment you prefer and finalize your order.
Are my details safe when I order through your online store?
Definitely. Keeping your personal information (including payment details) protected is of upmost importance to us. We would never put your details at risk, this is why we only transmit orders using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which encrypts and secures information used for orders.
I am being asked to provide a CVC/CVV/CID?
When paying via Credit Card online, a Card Security Code (or CVC/CVV/CID) is used as added security to make sure that you are in fact in possession of your credit card. It can be found on the back or front of your card (depending on who your card is with) and is a printed (not embossed) 3 or 4 digit number.
When will my credit card be charged?
Providing that your card is authorized at the time of payment, your card will be charged immediately and your order will be processed. We will only prepare and process orders once payment has been received. You won’t be charged by us for any failed payments.
